Depth-oriented psychotherapy in Santa Barbara, CA and throughout California via Telehealth

Meaningful change starts with what’s underneath.

We offer a therapeutic space to work through what's real: life's transitions, identity, relationships, and the questions within them.

You might be here because something feels off, even if you can't quite name it. A relationship that isn't working the way it used to. A version of yourself you've outgrown. A quiet sense that life should feel more like your own.

Maybe you're facing a decision that scares you. Maybe you're grieving something, like a person, a version of your future, a way things used to be. Maybe you've done therapy before and it helped, but didn't go deep enough. Or maybe you've never done this before, and you're just tired of carrying it alone.

Whatever brought you here, you don't have to have it figured out before you start.

Who We Help

Support for what you’re facing right now

Anxiety and Overwhelm

When your mind wont slow down and everything feels like too much.

Life Transitions

When a change is upcoming, occurring now, or about to occur and you’re struggling with navigating through it.

Depression

Heavy sadness that makes it hard to feel like yourself or feel much of anything else.

Identity and Self-Understanding

Who you are outside of roles, expectations, and other people’s definitions.

Grief and Loss

Of a person, relationship, experience, or former version of yourself.

Anger

When frustration boils over, or gets pushed down until it can’t be held onto anymore.

Relationship Concerns

Patterns that keep repeating, unmet needs, communication, and closeness.

Existential Concerns

Meaning, choice, connection, and what makes life feel worth living.

Trauma

When something from your past still shapes how safe the present feels.

Our Approach

In a world full of noise, opinions, and constant comparison, therapy offers something different. It’s a place to slow down, become curious, and hear your own voice again.

We help people develop a deeper relationship with themselves so they can live with greater clarity, freedom, and intention.

Depth-oriented psychotherapy means much of the work is connecting to deeper parts of you, parts you may not know about or have pushed away. We’ll explore your inner world, your feelings, what's stuck in your body or your mind and holding you back. We can help you really get to know you, at your core, so that you can live in line with what matters to you.

We often work from an existential-humanistic framework: coming from a foundation that you already have the capacity for insight and growth, but there may be barriers getting in the way of knowing yourself authentically or living a life that is truly yours. This often means facing hard questions honestly, questions about choice, connection, limitations, and what makes life meaningful, rather than looking away from them. Real change happens in an honest, present relationship, not from being fixed, diagnosed, or told who to be and what to do.

This isn't about quick symptom relief alone (though that matters too). It's about understanding why you feel the way you do, and what you want your life to look like.

We hope to allow you to know yourself more deeply, trust yourself more fully, and live more freely.
